Americana’s wild child ClusterPluck performs at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville tonight, July 20, starting around 9 pm. The band mixes bluegrass, folk, rock, and country into a hearty sonic stew using a banjo, guitar, bass, violin, mandolin, and dobro.
ClusterPluck, a four-piece from St. Louis, produces an upbeat, grassy energy with a little country jam. The band has released four albums: “ClusterPluck” (2013), “The Open Road” (2014), a 5-song EP in 2015, and in 2016, “A thousand Miles To Go.”
ClusterPluck has played all over the country and in many well-known venues including Cervantes
(Denver), The Bottleneck (Lawrence, Kansas), and The Old Rock House (St. Louis), as well as music festivalssuch as Wakarusa, YMSB Harvest Festival, Summer Camp, and Revival.
